Payment & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 30% of your stay will be necessary to secure your reservation. Methods of payment: via Credit card.

In case of cancellation up to 28 days prior to arrival you will receive full reimbursement of the deposit. For cancellations up to 10 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. For cancellations in less than 10 days prior to arrival or "No Show", 50% of your stay will be charged as cancellation fee. During the period of July 13th to August 23th, you will be charged with 75% of the total booked stay for cancellations in less than 10 days or "No Show". Early departures will be charged with 100% the remaining stay.
Note: Cancellations are accepted only in writing and are accepted only with the hotel's confirmation of cancellation receipt. Paradise Island Villas ensures that every cancellation is dealt with flexibility and good will.
Official Check-in at 14:00hrs and official Check-out at 12:00 noon.
